What Aliquot is, and is not
Aliquot is an educational and productivity aid for laboratory preparation calculations. It is not a safety authority, not a certified instrument, and not a substitute for a safety data sheet, a risk assessment, or your institution’s protocols. It is not validated for any regulated purpose.
Always verify values that matter and defer to the official SDS and your local safety rules. The full statement is in the Terms, and the assistant’s specific limits are in How the assistant works.
Liability for content
The content here is prepared with care, but we give no guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or current. Chemical data is compiled from public sources and can contain errors; the calculators are tested, but a tested calculator given the wrong input still returns the wrong answer. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under general law, but we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information.

Where we link out, the linked site is the responsibility of its operator. Links were checked for obvious unlawful content when they were added; we do not monitor them continuously and will remove any link promptly if we are made aware of a problem.
