Mix the components below; add APS and TEMED last, then pour the gel immediately.

Unpolymerised acrylamide is a potent neurotoxin, wear gloves, work in a fume hood, and handle as hazardous waste.

Add APS and TEMED last, they start polymerisation immediately. Make APS fresh (10% w/v aqueous) or store frozen in aliquots.
